ＶＩＬＬＡ ＣＲＥＳＰＩ＠東京
北イタリア、スイスとの国境に近い、オルタ湖。
最新の２００７年版ミシュランのガイドブックで２つ☆に昇格した、ＶＩＬＬＡ ＣＲＥＳＰＩは、イタリアで唯一のモレスコ様式の城を、レストランとホテルとして或るファミリーが開いているところ。
スペインのコルドバやグラナダなどでも見たことのある、アラブ風のアーチの施された独特の建物です。
そのシェフ、アントニーノ・カンナバチュオーロ氏が来日して５日間だけＮＥＷ ＯＴＡＮＩのＢＥＬＬＥ ＶＵＥでフェアをやるというので話題になっていました。
ＣＩＮＤＹとしてもこれは外せない！
昨晩出かけてきました。
昨日はＧＵＣＣＩ銀座で春夏のショー＆カクテルが有ったのだけど、後ろ髪引かれつつもこれを途中で退席して赤坂へ。
現地からはシェフの他、メートル・ド・テルのＭＡＳＳＩＭＯさんも来日していて、この方がテーブルで対応してくれて感激。彼、素晴らしかったです。サービスのクオリティも重要なファクター。
イタリア語話せるようになっておいて良かった！
メニューはＣＬＡＳＳＩＣＯとＡＤＥＳＳＯと言う、伝統的なものと現代風アレンジとの二種類でしたが、好奇心旺盛な私は、ご一緒した素敵なＳＩＧＮＯＲＥのやさしいお取り計らいもあり、ＣＬＡＳＳＩＣＯのコースに、もう一方のＡＤＥＳＳＯのお料理もいくつか入れて、と言うスペシャルで頂くことが出来ました。
ワインはなーんと、お気にのＧＡＪＡ＆ＲＥＹ！これはもう、ＥＸＥＰＴＩＯＮＡＬな白・・・
赤はＰＩＯ ＣＥＳＡＲＥのＢＡＲＯＬＯ２０００、とても美味しかったです。
ではお料理ご覧下さいませ。
あ、これってプレゼンテーションがＳＡＤＬＥＲのお料理みたい・・・と思うお皿もありました。
シェフともお話しすることが出来ましたし、いつか行きたいなーと思わずにいられない、古いお城の素敵なＶＩＬＬＡ ＣＲＥＳＰＩのお料理を、ライトアップされたＴＯＫＹＯ ＴＯＷＥＲを眺めながら愉しむなんて、本当に今だけ！
